The Grimsby Affordable Housing Partnership (GAHP) was founded in 2007 to provide a solution to the primary need of affordable rental housing to reduce and prevent homelessness for persons of low and moderate income in Grimsby.

 

 

 

The goal of GAHP is to provide transitional supportive housing which will lead individuals to self-sufficiency within three years of placement within GAHP provided rental housing.

Together with our partners, we provide supportive programming and housing solutions to individuals who are committed to attaining self-sufficiency.

Our partners include community organizations, individuals, service providers and the faith community as well as the residential clients.

 

Working together, we can successfully ensure a vibrant community with greater equality and opportunity for those who most need  it.
